OUR STORY
The Ramsey Family
Hello! We are the Ramsey's and we are so excited you have found us! Littlefoot Montessori is family owned and operated by husband and wife team, Lord and Nichelle who met in 2017 as preschool teachers in San Francisco, CA. After moving across the country at the start of the pandemic, getting married, and welcoming their son Adonis in 2022, they have come full circle and decided to open up their own school together. The name and branding of Littlefoot Montessori is inspired by our huskies Shadow and Storm. We hope you will join the Littlefoot Montessori family!
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Home away from home
Our Montessori approach pairs traditional Montessori philosophy, practice, and materials with a safe and nurturing environment that we hope your child will consider their "home away from home". At Littlefoot Montessori, we teach the way your child learns: personalized learning at their own pace through hands-on experiences, guided practice, peer-mentoring, and collaboration. Combined with our staff's ability to nurture students socially, emotionally, and spiritually, we are focused on developing the whole child.
